www.casadelbambino.com will ship your goods in Italy and European Countries within 3 - 4 days from the receipt of order.

We deliver turough Bartolini Express Courier. or with DHL express during week-days (not holiday) and in working hours (from 8:00 to 18:00).

If the delivery time takes longer than 3 or 5 days because the courier had some problem to deliver the goods, Casa del Bambino is not responsible. To help solving this problem, all we can do is urging the courier.
For the delivery you don't have to calculate Saturdays and Sundays and bank holidays. 

The delivery cost changes according to the weight, volume and destination of the item, in any case we will contact the customer for acceptance.

If you are not at home at the delivery moment you will found an advise with all the instructions to contact the courier.
